Alexis works across strategy, research, design, and development. He has an ongoing interest in housing innovation shaped by a decade living in Europe and the United States, which he has pursued as a Harvard GSD Richard Rogers Fellow in London, through research supported by the City of Zürich and City of Sydney, and as a Future Architecture Fellow.

With both client-side and consulting experience, he has advised on mixed-use housing from the building to precinct scale, including projects by Molonglo, Homes Victoria, Milieu Property, Mirvac, and Riverlee. Alexis has published, exhibited, and lectured widely internationally on cooperative housing, with his design research appearing in the Seoul Biennale of Architecture & Urbanism and Oslo Architecture Triennale.
