Charbel is founding director of Innate Property. After 15 years working with ASX-listed developers Cedar Woods and Mirvac, as well as Brookfield Multiplex, his experience spans a broad spectrum of projects and all phases of the development cycle, including masterplanned communities, townhouse and apartment developments, office and retail, heritage adaptive reuse, and community infrastructure.

Charbel has long been a champion of community connectedness and resilience building, which has become intrinsic to his development ethos. He is deeply passionate and curious about how the design of places and systems can prioritise design excellence, social capital, environmental sustainability, and health and wellbeing, elevating the human experience.
