With over 20 years experience in affordable and cooperative housing delivery, Nicola has a deep understanding of the policy, regulatory, funding, and commercial environment for affordable housing in Australia, extensive networks across government, not-for-profit and commercial organisations involved in affordable housing delivery, and expertise in cross-sector working group facilitation.
