A new model of cooperative housing that provides secure, sustainable rent-stabilised homes for Australians locked out of homeownership. Our focus is on households who occupy the ‘middle ground’ – those ineligible for social and affordable housing, but struggling with rapidly rising rents and lack of security in the private rental market.
